Are you an experienced Team Leader, Line Leader or Production Supervisor in South Lincolnshire looking for your next opportunity?

We're recruiting for a well-established food manufacturer supplying major UK retailers. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll lead a production team, drive performance, maintain high quality standards and make sure everything runs safely and efficiently.

The Role

You'll be responsible for leading your team throughout the shift, making sure production runs smoothly and targets are achieved.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating a production team
  • Making sure production targets are achieved
  • Ensuring food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards are met
  • Supporting and training team members
  • Managing attendance and performance on shift
  • Completing production paperwork
  • Working closely with other departments
  • Solving day-to-day production issues
  • Creating a positive and productive working environment

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, Line Leader or Supervisor
  • Food manufacturing, FMCG or fresh produce experience
  • Confident managing people on shift
  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Positive attitude with a hands‑on approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment

Shift Pattern

  • Permanent Days
  • 2-2-3 Shift Pattern (5 days one week, 2 days the next)
  • 6:30am - 6:30pm
  • Average 39.38 hours per week
  • Salary of £31,000
