About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution and evolution of the products’ global sustainability and ESG strategy
- Deliver sustainability initiatives aligned to 'Better Sourcing'
- Drive progress towards 100% renewable, recyclable or compostable packaging by 2030
- Sustainable Sourcing & Partnerships:
- Work closely with sourcing teams to define and implement a sustainable sourcing roadmap
- Manage relationships with key external partners across all global territories
- Compliance, Reporting & Governance:
- Support Rainforest Alliance certification, audits, and seal usage compliance
- Monitor and respond to evolving sustainability legislation across international markets
- Collate, analyse and manage sustainability data for reports, dashboards and KPIs
- Engagement & Communication:
- Raise internal and external awareness of sustainability initiatives in partnership with global and regional communications teams
- Support volunteering and fundraising initiatives aligned to the values and brand purpose
- Act as a sustainability subject matter expert across the business
- Innovation, Learning & Capability Building:
- Track consumer trends and competitor activity in sustainability
- Develop and deliver sustainability training and learning assets
- Support internal teams with sustainability insights, tools, and data requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for sustainability and driving positive, tangible change
- Relevant degree and/or professional experience in sustainability or ESG
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work across cultures, regions, and functions
- Experience or strong interest in the consumer goods/FMCG sector
