This is a high-profile and demanding role within a well-established and professional organisation with extensive supply routes across the UK, Europe and beyond.
We’re seeking a commercially astute and inspirational leader, someone who will drive sales and excels in an environment with very little red and plenty of autonomy. You will need the capability to energise and grow a diverse team within the UK market across multiple channels, as well as, be a key player in the development and growth of the business.
Due to the strategic nature of this position, the ideal candidate must have an in-depth understanding of branded food. Potentially with a background working for an SME's or start-up.

The successful candidate will:
- Maintain and develop existing business objectives
- Create and implement a 3–5-year sales growth strategy
- Identify new opportunities and generate leads across regional and national accounts
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong appreciation for the demands of short shelf-life products.
