We are supporting a well-established FMCG manufacturing business in the appointment of a Business Account Manager to manage and develop strategic customer partnerships across a portfolio of key accounts. This is an important commercial role, responsible for driving profitable growth through customer management, P&L ownership and the delivery of effective trading strategies.
Working closely with senior commercial stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities and delivering sustainable business performance.

- Working pattern: Home-based, with an expectation to attend the office two days per week
The Role
You will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic accounts, managing commercial performance and developing plans that deliver both customer and business objectives. Key areas of responsibility include:
- Managing full P&L responsibility across a portfolio of customer accounts, including profitability, investment and commercial performance
- Developing and executing customer trading strategies, Joint Business Plans and growth initiatives
- Leading customer negotiations across areas including pricing, margin, investment and promotional activity
- Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders and working collaboratively with internal teams to maximise opportunities

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Manager with experience managing customer relationships within the FMCG sector. You may currently be working as a:

- National Account Manager
- Commercial Executive
