This an excellent opportunity with for a Maintenance Engineer to join an FMCG Manufacturer in Leicestershire. You will be responsible for reactive and preventative maintenance across the site and providing a continuous improvement-based culture.

Salary - Β£49532 per annum
Shift pattern - 4 on 4 off days and nights
Responsibilities
- Efficiently repair various production machinery using both reactive and preventative maintenance techniques, including motors, control panels and various systems
- Confidence with PLC fault finding
- Demonstrate proficiency in both electrical and mechanical principles.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and provide reports as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Relevant qualifications in electrical/Mechanical engineering (BTEC, HNC, etc.).
- Experience in a similar role, such as (shift engineer, multi skilled engineer, engineering technician, shift technician, electrical maintenance engineer, mechanical maintenance engineer)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
