Our client has built a strong reputation for premium-quality and exceptional service to a diverse range of customers across international markets.
We’re seeking a commercially astute and inspirational leader, someone who not only excels at driving sales but can also energise and grow a diverse team in the UK market. Due to the strategic nature of this position, the ideal candidate must have an in-depth understanding of chilled food and short shelf-life products. First-rate commercial acumen is a given, but what sets the right individual apart is their passion, energy, and ability to manage existing customer relationships while identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
- Create and implement a 3–5-year sales growth strategy
- Identify new opportunities and generate leads across regional and national accounts
- This person will also play a key role in leading change, setting the standard for success, and shaping the future of the commercial function.
- They must also be capable of building strong internal relationships, inspiring and motivating their sales team, analysing performance development plans (PDPs), and setting clear and challenging objectives to support ongoing growth.
- Proven experience in people management and leadership
- Strong track record of delivering commercial results and continuous improvement
