Our client is a successful and well-established consumer goods business operating across the UK, with a well-known challenger brand which has a strong presence within its markets. They are seeking a commercially focused People Partner to support a diverse employee population, partnering closely with leaders to drive engagement, capability and business performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing decision-making and delivering practical people solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with managers and leaders to deliver people initiatives aligned to business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Coach and support managers on performance management, absence, conduct, development and team effectiveness.
  • Use people data and insights to identify trends, mitigate risks and support decision-making.
  • Support recruitment, talent development and succession planning activities.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help drive a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain and improve HR policies, processes and systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Support organisational change, continuous improvement projects and wider people initiatives.
About You
  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor or People Partner position.
  • Strong employee relations expertise and a solid understanding of UK employment law.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience using HR systems and people data to support business outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, retail or a similar sector would be advantageous.
  • CIPD qualified, or working towards qualification, is desirable.
