The role is predominately based in Cambridgeshire with hybrid working and regular UK travel.

Key duties include:

• Drive strategic HR initiatives in talent management, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and everyday excellence.
• Coach and inspire leaders to unlock the full potential of their teams.
• Lead change and deliver innovative solutions that align with ambitious business growth plans

You need to be:

• An experienced HR Business Partner (FMCG/manufacturing/logistics experience essential).
• Skilled in driving change, engagement, and strategic HR initiatives.
• Data-driven but also a people person
• A natural influencer and someone who thrives on challenging the status quo.
• Committed and able to regularly travel within the UK
