UK Sales Director – Out-Of-Home
Henderson Brown is delighted to announce a partnership with a renowned Fresh Produce business looking to appoint their newest member of the UK SLT.
Our client has a legacy of providing the highest service levels coupled with outstanding product quality to an array of customers internationally.
The individual will need not only to be a first-rate commercial leader but also someone who has the ability to push a diverse team in the UK market where they are looking to grow.
As a result, they are being quite specific in whom they are looking for, first class commercial management skills are taken as read, but someone who understands Fresh Produce from an international perspective, they want enthusiasm and they want someone who can deal not only with day to day commercial issues with existing customers but someone who can spot other opportunities with new customers and develop the strategy to engage with these further.
Set the sales growth strategy on a 3-5 year plan, identify new opportunities and generate new leads focused on regional, national and international accounts.
This individual will need to support internal working relationships, demonstrating a passion and the ability to motivate a sales team, analyse the PDP\’s and set clear objectives and challenging target for their future growth.
