This is a high-profile and demanding role within a well-established and professional organisation with extensive supply routes across Europe and beyond. We’re seeking a commercially astute and inspirational leader, someone who not only excels at driving sales but can also energise and grow a diverse team in the UK market. Due to the strategic nature of this position, the ideal candidate must have an in-depth understanding of chilled food and short shelf-life products. First-rate commercial acumen is a given, but what sets the right individual apart is their passion, energy, and ability to manage existing customer relationships while identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will:
- Maintain and develop existing business objectives
- Create and implement a 3–5-year sales growth strategy
- Identify new opportunities and generate leads across regional and national accounts
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong appreciation for the demands of short shelf-life products.
They will be a strong cultural fit, embodying the values of the business while contributing to both strategic direction and team cohesion.
