I am recruiting for an opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join an FMCG Manufacturer close to Grantham. You will be completing reactive and preventive maintenance on various machinery and implementing continuous improvement at every stage to keep production running.
Responsibilities
- Deliver reactive and planned maintenance across highly specialised production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal operational efficiency at all times.
- Diagnose faults swiftly using structured problem‑solving techniques, implementing effective repairs and preventative solutions to reduce repeat breakdowns.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance equipment reliability, performance, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and capital projects, aligning with ongoing investment strategies and site development plans.
