An impressive client of ours in the FMCG sector is looking for a skilled Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team in Worcestershire. You will act as the primary point of contact for customer supply chain activities, managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery, maintaining excellent service levels, and supporting operational efficiency across the wider business.

Working closely with customers, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and internal teams, you will coordinate supply chain activities to ensure products are delivered on time and in full. Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring order progress
  • Resolving supply chain issues
  • Maintaining customer inventory records
  • Managing label production and artwork processes
  • Supporting demand planning activities
  • Coordinating logistics and distribution requirements

You will also build strong customer relationships, provide timely updates on order status and stock availability, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service levels, operational performance, and cost efficiency. You’ll have an opportunity to earn an annual bonus of up to £2500 in addition to your base salary. This is a Monday to Friday role, 8am-5pm and will be office based.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience within a Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or Customer Supply Chain role
  • Previous experience working within FMCG, manufacturing, packaging, or distribution environments
  • Strong organisational, planning, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience using ERP systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines within a fast paced environment
  • Customer focused with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team
