You will bring substantial HR leadership or senior HR partnering experience gained within hospitality, retail or another fast‑moving, multi‑site environment. You’re an experienced coach and influencer who can build capability in both HR teams and operational leaders. You balance commercial judgement with empathy, resilience and clear communication. Confidence with HR systems, Excel and PowerPoint is important, as is the ability to operate across multiple locations. This is a senior HR leadership position responsible for shaping and delivering the people agenda across a nationwide bars estate. Reporting to the International HR Director, you will be responsible for leading and developing HR Operations & Training Partners while partnering closely with senior operational stakeholders. The role blends hands‑on operational HR delivery with broader strategic responsibility, including leadership development, succession planning, performance management, learning and organisational development. Regular travel across UK sites is a core part of the role. Lead, coach and develop HR Operations & Training Partners across regional areas. Create a consistent, high‑quality and commercially effective HR partnering model. Advise, challenge and support senior stakeholders to align people plans with commercial priorities. Coach managers on ER, performance, engagement and effective team leadership. Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes and standards across all sites. Lead and contribute to strategic people projects (performance management, L&D, HR systems, OD initiatives). Drive succession planning and workforce planning to strengthen future leadership capability. Identify people trends, risks and opportunities to improve engagement and operational effectiveness. Support the delivery and embedding of appraisal and performance processes. Step into operational HR partnering where needed to maintain continuity of service. A highly visible HR leadership role within a sizeable, multi‑site hospitality organisation. You will influence both day‑to‑day employee experience and long‑term people strategy, with significant scope to develop HR capability, partner with senior leaders and lead strategic initiatives across performance, succession, learning and organisational development.
