Role: UK Operations Director
Location: UK Based – Regular travel multiple sites
Salary: Competitive plus Car Allowance, Bonus, Family PMI
An opportunity for an Operations Director has opened up with an impressive company in the food sector. This will be a direct link between the MD and Site Managers across multiple sites. This requiring a dynamic leader to bring energy and influence to the sites to deliver required operational improvements.
You must develop and implement operational goals to enhance and support business strategy. Working closely with Site Managers to improve performance of key resources, people, productivity, transport and minimise stock losses and reduce costs.
You must have a strong commercial acumen to deliver against commercial objectives and to collaborate with the SLT and sales division to improve business operations. You’ll take strategic decisions to maximise the divisional performance for the medium to long term.
The ideal candidate will have overseen full site operations at Operations Director level in a food company. You will be an innovative, progressive leader with an outstanding operational skillet to deliver business objectives with strategic mind to drive forward the business making it truly world class and engaging all stakeholders.
