Job Title: Transport Supervisor Location: Leicestershire Salary: £30,000-£32,000 per annum Our client is an impressive food company and is looking for a talented Transport Supervisor to join a very fast-paced operation. You will be a key cog in maintaining a successful transport operation whilst providing the highest levels of customer service. A key part of your role as will be to lead from the front and you will need to ensure all vehicle routes are planned effectively, maximising capacity and revenue per load. A high level of performance will need to be adhered to through KPI's. This role will require strong leadership qualities to engage drivers in a fast-paced operation. Also, you will need to ensure that company procedures, protocols and H&S are adhered to at all times and supporting the Transport Manager with all aspects of compliance.
