This is a rare opportunity to join an experienced buying and blending team responsible for sourcing teas from multiple origins around the world. You\’ll manage supplier relationships, support product development, and help ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional teas for consumers globally. The role suits someone with either a strong background in tea buying and blending or an individual from the tea industry looking to step into procurement and build their commercial expertise. Key Responsibilities Source and procure teas across multiple origins, managing supplier and logistics relationships. Forecast market trends and negotiate contracts to secure quality supply at competitive cost. Support new product development by exploring new blends and sustainable sourcing opportunities. Work closely with production, commercial, and technical teams to maintain quality and consistency. Use data and insight to drive strategic sourcing and category planning. Represent the business at supplier visits and international tasting sessions. What You\’ll Bring Proven experience in tea buying, tea trading, tea blending or tea tasting expert. A refined palate and passion for tasting and quality. Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills. Commercial awareness with the ability to build long-term supplier partnerships.
