A hands-on in-house recruitment role for someone who enjoys managing vacancies properly, working closely with hiring managers and keeping recruitment processes moving from start to finish.
The Opportunity
We're recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join an established organisation with a busy and varied recruitment function. This is a broad in-house recruitment role focused on managing vacancies across different functions, from briefing through to offer. You'll work closely with hiring managers, support direct sourcing, manage candidate communication and help keep recruitment processes clear, consistent and well organised. It would suit someone already working in internal recruitment, or an agency recruiter looking to move into an in-house role with more ownership, stakeholder contact and variety.
Key Responsibilities
- You'll take ownership of recruitment activity across a range of roles.
- Key areas of focus will include:
- Taking vacancy briefings and agreeing clear recruitment plans
- Sourcing and engaging candidates directly through LinkedIn, CV databases and professional networks
- Screening candidates and making clear shortlist recommendations
- Coordinating interviews and keeping candidates and hiring managers updated
- Supporting offers, candidate communication and onboarding activity
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers, including senior stakeholders
- Maintaining recruitment records and supporting KPI reporting where required
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with strong recruitment experience who can manage multiple vacancies and build trust with hiring managers. You'll need:
- Recruitment experience from either an internal role or agency background
- Confidence managing recruitment processes end to end
- Strong candidate sourcing and engagement skills
- Good stakeholder management, particularly with senior managers
- The ability to organise your own workload and keep processes moving
- Confidence handling the practical admin that sits around good recruitment delivery
You do not need to come from a specific sector. What matters most is that you understand recruitment, candidate management and how to work effectively with hiring managers.
Why Join?
This is a good opportunity for someone who wants a proper in-house recruitment role with variety, ownership and regular stakeholder contact. You'll be joining an established organisation where recruitment is visible and important, with the chance to support a broad range of roles and help deliver a clear, consistent and professional recruitment process. The role offers a competitive salary, bonus opportunity, hybrid working and a good level of day-to-day ownership. If you're interested in learning more, we'd be happy to have an initial conversation.
