We are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory, support supply chain activities, and keep our logistics running smoothly. Based on-site, you will work closely with Planning, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to keep everything moving efficiently and meet customer needs. This role blends data analysis, customer service, and operational coordination - a varied position for someone organised, proactive, and great at juggling priorities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing inventory levels and stock accuracy
- Coordinating supply chain and logistics activities daily
- Analysing data to support decision-making
- Handling customer service enquiries and resolving issues
- Processing customs import documentation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in supply chain or planning roles (FMCG experience a big plus)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Customer service experience with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of customs import procedures highly desirable
- Able to commute within 45 minutes of the site
