Location: North of Norwich

Hours: Hybrid (3 days site / 2 days working from home), 8am to 4:30pm (Fridays finish at 4pm)

Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 plus 10% bonus

We are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory, support supply chain activities, and keep our logistics running smoothly. Based on-site, you will work closely with Planning, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to keep everything moving efficiently and meet customer needs. This role blends data analysis, customer service, and operational coordination - a varied position for someone organised, proactive, and great at juggling priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing inventory levels and stock accuracy
  • Coordinating supply chain and logistics activities daily
  • Analysing data to support decision-making
  • Handling customer service enquiries and resolving issues
  • Processing customs import documentation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in supply chain or planning roles (FMCG experience a big plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Customer service experience with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of customs import procedures highly desirable
  • Able to commute within 45 minutes of the site
