Planning & Stock Coordinator Are you an organised, analytical and proactive planner with experience in Fresh Produce, FMCG, or Chilled Food Manufacturing? This is your opportunity to step into a pivotal middle-management role where no two days are the same. Join a fast-paced, in the area of Kent, 7-day operation supplying major UK retailers with thousands of tonnes of high-quality fresh produce. You\’ll be at the heart of operations, balancing daily production planning with stock management and customer service. What You\’ll Be Doing: Create and manage daily production plans aligned to customer orders and factory capacity Optimise stock usage using FIFO and quality insights Build short, medium, and long-term planning strategies Act as daily point of contact for key customers Manage stock accuracy via ERP system (Woodstar) Collaborate with Packhouse, Warehouse, Commercial and QC teams Use KPIs to drive efficiency and profitability Provide weekend cover (1 in 3) with time back in lieu What We\’re Looking For: Experience in Fresh Produce, FMCG or Chilled Food Manufacturing Strong ERP knowledge (Woodstar a bonus) Confident communicator, planner, and decision-maker Commercial mindset with an eye for efficiency and value Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment What\’s in it for You: £35k – £40k salary (negotiable for the right person) 23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (BHs flexible) Work with a high-performing, collaborative team Autonomy, responsibility, and visibility with senior leadership Opportunity to influence and shape planning strategy Call me or drop me an email!!
