Our client is a market leading company in the FMCG sector and are looking for a Shift Operations Manager to join the team. The key focus of your role will be to manage the shift team to deliver process and engineering reliability to ensure that the site achieves its targets in Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People and Environment. You will need to demonstrate operational leadership to the team to ensure that they are engaged and are delivering the relevant APU objectives. Support the delivery of those objectives whilst leading decisions to ensure actions and decisions are correct for the value stream. In collaboration with your line manager and cross functional heads you will Process Lead and Engineering Lead, seek to optimize the management of the entire value stream to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance, ensuring alignment with your manager and site objectives. You will be forward thinking in your outlook and yet be prepared to lead from the front when required.
