We are seeking an exceptional Finance Director/SVP Finance to join the Executive Leadership Team of a high-growth international FMCG business. Based in London, you will lead the financial strategy across multiple global geographies, building a world-class finance function that enables sustainable growth, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across diverse and fast-evolving markets.

The Opportunity
Shape our international financial strategy
- Develop and deliver the financial strategy for international markets, aligning regional priorities with global corporate objectives.
- Partner closely with senior international leadership to support expansion, investment, and commercial decision-making.
- Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting across multiple regions.
Lead world-class financial governance
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across international entities in line with IFRS and local GAAP requirements.
- Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness across all markets.
- Establish accounting policies and governance frameworks that balance global consistency with local statutory requirements.
Drive commercial performance
- Partner with regional business leaders to improve margins, optimise working capital, and strengthen pricing and cost strategies.
- Support manufacturing finance, supply chain costing, and inventory management within regulated manufacturing environments.
