We are recruiting for two Multi-Skilled Engineers to join a leading food production facility based in North Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced engineers to join a well-established manufacturer, operating in a high-speed, high-volume environment. These roles are essential to maintaining production performance and driving continuous improvements across the site, working on a 4 on 4 off days and nights rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out fault diagnosis and repairs across electrical and mechanical systems to minimise production downtime
- Take a hands-on approach in both scheduled maintenance and immediate breakdown response
- Maintain, optimise, and repair a range of equipment including slicing systems, seasoning units, conveyors, and automated packaging lines
- Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives to increase machine efficiency and reduce unplanned stoppages
- Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure smooth running of equipment and minimal disruption
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and internal maintenance procedures at all times
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong hands-on experience working with both electrical and mechanical systems in a manufacturing or production setting
