Location: March, Cambridgeshire

Salary: £30,200 (£14.52 per hour)

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 06:00-14:30

Overtime available during the week and at weekends (overtime at weekends paid at time and a half).

A successful FMCG business based in Cambridgeshire is looking for a committed and skilled Line Leader. This role will be very challenging but also very satisfying and rewarding. A key part of your role will be to lead the team, ensuring high performance and maximising productivity. You will need to ensure that all of the production is completed in a timely manner and to the highest quality. The company is implementing a new line with an optical sorter and weight grader, so you will need experience with this process. You will need to coach your team members accordingly and create a strong culture, ensuring compliance with the company’s health and safety and quality procedures.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a Line Leader, Team Leader or can demonstrate coaching/stepping up in previous role in FMCG.
  • Excellent communication skills to build key relationships with your team and other departments.
  • Optical sorter and weight grader experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility in their approach to work.
