I am on the hunt for a creative and commercially savvy Product Developer!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the development of new food products from concept to launch, aligned with emerging consumer trends, taste profiles, and category growth areas.
- Collaborate with global and local R&D teams, leveraging insights, culinary expertise, and best practices to build world-class product offerings.
- Work closely with Marketing and Brand teams to bring exciting innovations to life, supporting brand strategies and delivering winning products to market.
- Analyse consumer insights, market data, and trend forecasting to identify white space opportunities and drive relevant innovation pipelines.
- Manage recipe trials, product testing, and sensory panels, ensuring every creation hits the mark on quality, cost, and craveability.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders including commercial, procurement, quality, and manufacturing to ensure feasibility and scalability of concepts.
- Support and co-ordinate global and regional product launches, aligning timelines, technical data, and regulatory compliance with local requirements.
- Champion a culture of innovation and agility, keeping the product development process fast, focused, and flavour-forward.
