We're looking for an organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join a growing organisation, supporting every stage of the employee lifecycle while ensuring HR processes, systems and data are accurate, efficient and compliant.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are kept up to date.
- Produce regular and ad hoc HR reports to support the wider business.
- Respond to HR queries from employees and managers, providing a professional and timely service.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure employee information is processed accurately and within required timescales.
- Support HR projects and identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
- Ensure all employee documentation is managed in line with company policies and data protection requirements.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with previous experience in HR administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a high standard of accuracy and customer service.
You'll be confident working with HR systems and employee data, with strong administrative skills and the ability to produce accurate reports using Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
You'll be a confident communicator who enjoys building positive working relationships and providing a professional service to employees and managers.
Experience supporting HR reporting, working with confidential information and contributing to process improvements would be advantageous.
