This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join a well-established food manufacturing business in Lincolnshire.

This role offers the chance to take full operational in a fast-paced site, providing leadership, direction and continuous improvement across all areas of production.

As the leader of the site operations team, you will be responsible for delivering right-first-time quality, exceptional service standards, and operational performance.

You will oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operation, including production planning, labour management, cost control, raw material availability, asset utilisation, maintenance, quality, health & safety and customer service.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance with industry standards and use KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiency gains and profitability.

A strong leader is required to develop and motivate the management team, creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and high performance.

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a senior operational leadership role within food manufacturing or FMCG.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams.

Experience managing production planning, labour control, budgets and operational KPIs.

Demonstrable success in driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing positive change.

Strong understanding of health & safety, food quality, compliance and audit standards within a manufacturing environment.

Experience working within a high-risk food manufacturing environment would be advantageous.

Financial and budgeting experience with the ability to manage costs while improving operational performance.
