We're supporting a well-established fresh food business with the appointment of a Procurement Manager. This is a supplier-facing, commercially focused role covering sourcing, pricing, availability, forecasting, stock, waste and margin across fast-moving fresh food categories & some packaging. You'll be working closely with suppliers and internal teams to make sure the business has the right products available at the right quality, cost and service level throughout the year. It would suit someone who enjoys the pace and detail of food procurement, understands the importance of supplier relationships, and is confident balancing commercial performance with customer service.
