Henderson Brown is delighted to partnering with an FMCG Manufacturer in South Lincolnshire, who are recruiting for a Multi-skilled Engineer to join their team. A genuine opportunity to be part of a close-knit team, you will be an expert in Electrical and Mechanical maintenance, working on a PANAMA style shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance tasks and machinery improvements
- Identify and resolve faults using root cause analysis
- Support engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote a proactive PPM culture
- Assist in machine setup with operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements:
