The Role
- You will support the coordination and delivery of learning and development activity across the business, including:
- Managing training requests, bookings and learner queries
- Setting up and maintaining courses within the LMS
- Supporting managers and stakeholders with day-to-day training requirements
- Monitoring participation, completion and learner feedback
- Maintaining accurate training records and supporting basic reporting
- Managing multiple priorities and stakeholder requirements
About You
- You will ideally have:
- Previous experience within learning and development or training
- Hands-on experience using or administering an LMS
- Confidence facilitating learning sessions
- Confident stakeholder-management and communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- A practical, collaborative and learner-focused approach
- Experience within a fast-paced environment or a relevant learning qualification would be advantageous.
