Maintenance Engineer Salary – 50,000 per annum Shift pattern – 4 on 4 off days and nights Location – Leicestershire This an excellent opportunity with for a Maintenance Engineer to join an FMCG Manufacturer in Leicestershire. You will be responsible for reactive and preventative maintenance across the site and providing a continuous improvement-based culture. Responsibilities: Efficiently repair various production machinery using both reactive and preventative maintenance techniques, including motors, control panels and various systems Confidence with PLC fault finding Demonstrate proficiency in both electrical and mechanical principles. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the production team to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and provide reports as needed.Requirements: Previous experience in the FMCG sector. Relevant qualifications in electrical/Mechanical engineering (BTEC, HNC, etc.). Experience in a similar role, such as (shift engineer, multi skilled engineer, engineering technician, shift technician, electrical maintenance engineer, mechanical maintenance engineer) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.If this could be of interest, please apply or reach out to for more information…
