Responsibilities Overseeing day-to-day engineering operations, ensuring effective task allocation and smooth delivery of maintenance and project work. Strengthen maintenance performance by improving planned preventative maintenance systems and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Analyse repeat equipment issues, introduce sustainable solutions, and develop team capability in fault finding and technical problem solving. Collaborate closely with production, quality, and compliance teams to meet performance targets while maintaining audit compliance and regulatory standards. Uphold a strong health and safety culture by enforcing site procedures, managing contractors, and ensuring full adherence to HSE policies.
