Henderson Brown Recruitment is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to take ownership of training activity from request through delivery. This role is hybrid, based in Northamptonshire, with a competitive salary.

You will coordinate training requests, manage the LMS, support managers, monitor participation and feedback, and maintain training records. The ideal candidate has L&D experience, LMS familiarity, strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
