Overview

Monday - Friday with some flexibility. Up to £55,545 per annum depending on experience. 7.5% annual bonus depending on business performance. Near to Kettering, Northamptonshire.

Responsibilities

  • Support reliability activities and projects to ensure sustainability and operational functionality of production equipment.
  • Collaborate with the production team and maintenance to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime.
  • Keep detailed records of reliability activities and provide reports as needed.
  • Present and lead reliability projects from start to test and review.
  • Guide and facilitate Root Cause Analysis of recurring technical failures and breakdowns.
  • Own the early equipment management process to ensure robust design, commissioning and long-term asset performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering (BTEC, HNC, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proven reliability and continuous improvement experience.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Project experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Commutable distance from near to Kettering, Northamptonshire.
