Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Shift Pattern - Nights, 4 on 4 off 6pm to 6am

We are currently seeking an individual with maintenance skills to join a renowned FMCG company near Sittingbourne, Kent. This is a 60/40 Mechanical bias role, where you will be supported by additional maintenance engineers in the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently repair various production machinery using both reactive and preventative maintenance techniques, on food packing machinery
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and provide reports as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Experience within a similar role such as maintenance engineer, engineering technician, shift engineer, or a fitter.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
