As data and insight become increasingly important to commercial decision making, we're looking for an Insight & Data Analyst to help shape how market, shopper, consumer and commercial data is turned into action.
You'll own and develop market, brand and category reporting, using Power BI, Excel, AI and modern data tools to make reporting smarter, faster and increasingly automated. You'll bring multiple data sources together to uncover trends, identify opportunities and provide clear, commercially relevant insight.
What you'll do
- Own and improve reporting - develop dashboards, automate reporting and continually improve how insight is delivered.
- Deliver analysis and deep dives - turn complex data into clear, decision ready insight.
- Track brand and category performance - highlight key movements, trends and emerging issues.
- Identify growth opportunities - combine consumer, shopper, market and retailer data to uncover trends and white-space opportunities.
- Lead promotional analysis - evaluate promotional performance to support stronger planning and decision-making.
- Monitor competitors - track pricing and promotional activity and highlight significant changes.
- Support NPD - provide market context, benchmarking and performance insight for new product development and launches.
- Champion data quality - maintain data integrity, master data and relationships with external insight partners.
- Support key commercial cycles - provide analysis for strategy planning, QBRs, customer reviews and presentations.
