We are currently recruiting for a well established client in the Worksop area.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out building maintenance, electrical installation and plant services equipment repairs (including sanitaryware)
  • Conduct routine plant services preventative maintenance including refrigeration, legionella testing & air compressors
  • Carry out legislative testing and inspections
  • Supervise plant services installations
  • Ensure the close monitoring and control of contractors
  • Provide assistance to the maintenance team and provide emergency callout cover where required
  • Ensure all procedures and systems are kept up to date
  • Comply with Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Environmental Legislation
