We are seeking an exceptional Finance Director/SVP Finance to join the Executive Leadership Team of a high-growth international FMCG business. Based in London, you will lead the financial strategy across multiple global geographies, building a world-class finance function that enables sustainable growth, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across diverse and fast-evolving markets.
This is a high-impact executive role for a commercially minded leader who thrives in international consumer product environments and enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders to drive performance, transformation, and expansion.
The Opportunity
Shape our international financial strategy
Develop and deliver the financial strategy for international markets, aligning regional priorities with global corporate objectives.
Partner closely with senior international leadership to support expansion, investment, and commercial decision-making.
Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting across multiple regions.
Lead world-class financial governance
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across international entities in line with IFRS and local GAAP requirements.
Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness across all markets.
Establish accounting policies and governance frameworks that balance global consistency with local statutory requirements.
Drive commercial performance
Partner with regional business leaders to improve margins, optimise working capital, and strengthen pricing and cost strategies.
Support manufacturing finance, supply chain costing, and inventory management within regulated manufacturing environments.
Oversee the financial performance of international distributors, joint ventures, and licensing partnerships.
