About the Role
We are supporting a leading FMCG business in their search for an On-Trade Customer Marketing Manager to join the team behind some of the most iconic brands. This is an exciting, hands-on role for someone with 2-3 years' shopper or customer marketing experience who is eager to make an impact in a fast-moving FMCG environment. You will collaborate with brand, sales, and category teams to deliver customer-led activation plans that bring the brand to life across the On-Trade channel. You will have responsibility for developing below-the-line campaigns, building shopper toolkits, and ensuring each activation delivers commercial impact, brand consistency, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver On-Trade marketing activation plans across managed and route-to-market customers.
- Lead the creation of BTL toolkits, POS materials, and campaign assets.
- Manage agencies and coordinate 360° brand activations that drive visibility and rate of sale.
- Partner with sales teams and key accounts to embed customer-centric execution.
- Analyse performance data to optimise campaigns and report ROI.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximise return on spend.
- Represent the brand at events and activation showcases.
