As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Technical Manager to join their business.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Oversee all technical and quality aspects of the products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and retailer requirements.* Act as the primary technical point of contact for major retailers, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction with our product quality and safety.* Implement and maintain rigorous quality control systems to guarantee the highest product standards from farm to shelf.* Manage and improve the HACCP system, ensuring all safety and quality protocols are adhered to across the production process.* Mentor and develop the technical team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.* Prepare for and lead internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and retailer standards.* Collaborate with R&D to drive product development and innovation, aligning with market trends and customer needs.* Champion sustainability practices within the business, working towards environmentally friendly and ethical production methods.* Utilise technical data and KPIs to inform decision-making and drive improvements in product quality and operational effici…
