Looking for a role where you actually run the shift, not just sit in meetings? This is a hands-on Shift Manager (Nights 6pm - 6am, 4 0n 4 Off) role in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You'll be leading from the front, managing people, keeping the lines running, and making sure everything goes out right first time.
