Drive Quality. Strengthen Food Safety. Make an Impact on the Factory Floor. We're partnering with a leading food manufacturing business to recruit an ambitious QA Technologist to join its Technical and Quality function. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, challenging standards and working closely with Production to ensure safe, legal, authentic and consistently high-quality products reach the customer.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate daily QA activities, audits and verification checks while driving high standards of food safety, quality and BRCGS compliance.
  • Investigate non-conformances, deviations and quality incidents, using root cause analysis and risk assessment to implement effective corrective actions.
  • Monitor raw materials, analyse quality data and support validation and improvement projects to drive Right First Time performance.
  • Work closely with Production, Technical and suppliers, providing technical guidance on food safety, quality and authenticity while supporting team development and SOP training.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience within Quality Assurance, Technical, Quality Control or food safety in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, BRCGS, food safety, quality, legality and authenticity, with experience in investigations and risk assessment.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills, with the confidence to make decisions, challenge standards and influence colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
