Multi Skilled Engineer (Shift) in Lincolnshire

Job Description We are recruiting for two Multi-Skilled Engineers to join a leading food production facility based in North Lincolnshire. These roles are essential to maintaining production performance and driving continuous improvements across the site, working on a 4 on 4 off days and nights rotation. \n \n Carry out fault diagnosis and repairs across electrical and mechanical systems to minimise production downtime \n Take a hands-on approach in both scheduled maintenance and immediate breakdown response \n Maintain, optimise, and repair a range of equipment including slicing systems, seasoning units, conveyors, and automated packaging lines \n Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives to increase machine efficiency and reduce unplanned stoppages \n Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure smooth running of equipment and minimal disruption \n Ensure compliance with health & safety and internal maintenance procedures at all times \n \n Skills & Experience Required: \n \n Strong hands-on experience working with both electrical and mechanical systems in a manufacturing or production setting \n Relevant engineering qualification - such as NVQ Level 3, BTEC, HNC/HND or equivalent apprenticeship \n Practical knowledge of maintaining and troubleshooting automated machinery - particularly in packaging or food processing environments (preferred but not essential) \n Confidence in reacting to breakdowns as well as carrying out preventative maintenance tasks \n \n This role is a chance of something big!
