We're looking for a Senior Procurement profession with deep Packaging category management to join the procurement team.

This is a high-impact role responsible for sourcing, sustainability, and supplier management.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the E2E procurement of packaging materials - balancing cost, quality, and supply continuity.
  • Leading supplier relationships and negotiations to secure favourable commercial outcomes.
  • Supporting innovation by working with NPD teams to source new packaging formats and solutions.
  • Embedding ethical and sustainable sourcing practices into the packaging strategy.
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying new sourcing opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Development teams.
  • Using data to inform decisions, improve efficiency, and drive cost savings.

What We're Looking For

  • Procurement or strategic sourcing experience within packaging.
  • Confident negotiator with strong supplier management and commercial skills.
  • Comfortable analysing data and working with systems like SAP.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
  • A passion for sustainability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
