Location & Setup: Central London - 2 days onsite per week

We're looking for a Procurement Manager to take ownership of ingredients buying, leading end-to-end strategy across key commodities that supply our sites. This is a role with both breadth and depth: setting direction, managing risk, and driving value, while staying close to the detail that keeps supply chains resilient.

  • Leading category management and procurement strategy for ingredients and commodities.
  • Identifying risks and ensuring cover is placed at the best time to secure value.
  • Building strong supplier relationships, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery.
  • Tracking supplier performance, reporting variances, and maintaining accurate records in SAP.
  • Delivering ad hoc projects that add measurable commercial impact.

Proven procurement experience (5+ years), ideally in food manufacturing and commodity buying. Commercially sharp with excellent Excel and analytical skills. This is your chance to lead strategically important categories in a business that values procurement as a driver of performance.
