This is a role with both breadth and depth: setting direction, managing risk, and driving value, while staying close to the detail that keeps supply chains resilient.
- Leading category management and procurement strategy for ingredients and commodities.
- Identifying risks and ensuring cover is placed at the best time to secure value.
- Building strong supplier relationships, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery.
- Tracking supplier performance, reporting variances, and maintaining accurate records in SAP.
