We are looking for a solicitor with 1β5 years of post-qualification experience to join our growing commercial dispute resolution and property litigation team. The successful candidate can be based at any of our Harrogate, Manchester, Newcastle or Southampton offices and will work in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
The role will involve complex property litigation and commercial dispute resolution work for clients in the health, social care, charities and social enterprise sectors. You will work closely with the real estate teams across all five offices and with other litigators in the team who undertake a mix of commercial dispute resolution and property litigation.

- 1954 Act lease renewals
- Insolvency (in a property context)
- Overage disputes
- Professional negligence
- Rent reviews
- Break options
- Exit strategies

Skills and Competencies
- Solid grounding in commercial real estate (and commercial litigation depending on the role)
