The Role
Paralegal in the Healthcare Litigation Team working on a range of Defendant clinical negligence claims on behalf of NHS Resolution and NHS Trusts. This position will allow you to experience and work on all aspects of clinical negligence litigation covering a wide range of medical fields. The role involves obtaining and reviewing medical records; instructing experts and advising clients on key liability issues. Opportunities are also available to assist qualified solicitors with the preparation of court documents, liaison with witnesses and experts; organising and attending conferences; attending settlement meetings. Assisting solicitors/associate/partner with cases in litigation; undertaking a wide range of tasks to help support the progression of cases.
Skills and Competencies You Will Have
