Our construction and projects clients are NHS organisations, GP practices, businesses and charities. We assist clients to engage successfully with contractors, consultants, developers, funders and partner organisations on new hospital facilities, community healthcare facilities, primary care premises, key worker accommodation, multi-storey car parks and office fit‑outs.
We are looking for a construction lawyer with experience in some or all of the following:
- Professional appointments
- Novations and collateral warranties
- Bonds and guarantees
- Development agreements and leases
- Project agreements
- Energy management agreements
- Managed services and facilities maintenance agreements
- Joint ventures and collaborations
You will be encouraged to become involved in business development and client relationship management and you will be supported to develop your career and play to your strengths.
Our construction and projects lawyers sit within our corporate‑commercial and real‑estate teams, depending on their wider work portfolios. We have experts in real estate, non‑contentious and contentious construction, property litigation, public procurement law and commercial contracts.
Skills and Competencies
Essential: a solid grounding in relevant areas of law gained at a Legal 500 firm or in‑house.
Advantageous: experience of working with health and social care sectors and/or charities.
Given: strong teamwork, organisational skills and regulatory compliance.
