Key Responsibilities (Budtender)
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Educate customers on the various hemp products we offer, including their benefits, effects, and usage.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including new strains, product lines, and promotions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations regarding hemp product sales.
- Participate in inventory management, stocking shelves, product displays, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Occasionally drive between locations or to deliver products (we provide a car).

- Work with dispatch to deliver products to local customers in a timely & efficient manner.
- Apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues that will arise upon delivery; help resolve customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
- As a brand ambassador, answer product questions from customers.
- Provide the highest level of service and safety at all times.
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections at the start of every shift; maintain vehicle by keeping them clean.
- Adhere to operating procedures when verifying customer identification and method of payment.
- Must be an adept driver and always abide by all traffic laws.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old to be a Budtender.
- Must have at least 32 hours of weekly availability.
- Passion for hemp and wellness products.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
