As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a key supporting role within our Brand team, working across a portfolio of brands in the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the Head of Brand Management and working closely with the Brand Managers and the wider team, you will gain hands-on experience across everything from planning and insights to campaign delivery and performance tracking.

This role is designed to build strong foundations in brand management, commercial thinking and cross‐functional working. You will gain broad exposure to how brands are planned, activated and managed day to day, while developing the skills and confidence needed to grow your career in brand marketing.

What this role shapes and delivers – Turning brand plans into real world activity

This role helps keep brand plans moving and ensures activity is delivered smoothly, accurately and on time. You will support the team across planning, campaigns, insight and performance tracking, helping ideas move from plan to execution.

You are organised, curious and ready to learn. You enjoy working as part of a team, paying attention to detail and helping things run well. You’re interested in how brands are built and how commercial decisions are made, and you’re looking for a role that will stretch your skills and build your experience.

  • Around 1 to 3 years’ experience in marketing or commercial roles, ideally within FMCG, retail or a similar environment.
  • Strong organisation and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience supporting campaigns, product launches or cross functional projects is helpful, but not essential.
